Was contact about a alleged past outstanding overdrawn bank about from 9 years ago , I was informed that if I did not agree to a settlement I would be server a summons, I was informed that I would not receive any document regarding the amount and Original Holder of the account until the payment was made in full ,and when they sent me the Electronic’s documents to sign As soon as you sign it you cannot print it or you cannot download it and as soon as you sign it disappears . When I called and demanded a copy of the payment plan the show the dates when they were going to electronic withdrawal the money they sent me documentation with no business license number no address and the phone number that was on it was fake and the name of the processing company that process the funds electronically is a fake website
