Upon receiving the call of this number (917) 480-5860…
The caller immediately started his speech, about being from The NY Police Chiefs Foundation. Making remarks about the sacrifices of the police, and the importance of supporting this foundation. The caller then asked if I was "willing to commit to making a donation, right now".
My reply was… "If you are, whom you say you are… What’s The Color Of The Day?"
The caller immediately hung up.
