Answered as for completely different reason/misleading as looking for ‘samplers’ for different beauty products in Canada. Clicked ad and this nuvella serum was advertised, was confused as claim did not explain further about what was advertised which was to the effect: you try, send before and after pics and you will continue to test samples for free, receiving free samples just pay the small shipping fee. Well, no terms were available until completion of paying the shipping (5-7dollars) as soon as read those terms I immediately tried to phone and email using contact info shown ’24/7′ support—right, my calls were hung up on , disconnected, then the number was not available—in that order . I began to email with attempts to cancel, all were bounced back to me. I tracked the owner and saw a similar company called ‘image-revive’ was doing same, the same story — no way to contact. Next thing I know Canada post tells me package on its way. Having no way to cancel and fearing this huge financial charge to my account from these frauds, I called my bank and they suggested I cancel my card right away, which I did. Yesterday I received an email from ‘image-revive’—-not even same company supposed terms were with contacted me saying I need to call them to cancel. I am Not even engaging with them from this ‘ new’ support address. These frauds need to be put out of business ASAP!
