I started the free trail and forgot to cancel it called to cancel on day 14. Then was denied to return the money they had on hold which was the 94.00 was told by one representative (Jazz) that she was the boss and no one was above her that they did not have a corporate office or management. After going back and forth with her for about 10 minutes then she said I’ll transfer you over to her supervisor and then I said I thought you didn’t have a supervisor and she said I do have one being said she never told me she didnt have a supervisor. when the lady clearly told me at least 10 times that she was the supervisor and there was nobody ahead of her then he gets on the phone playing you can hear them in the background talking then I called from another phone another young lady answers and demanding that I give her my account number when I told her that I did not have an account number I just want to get corporate number and she told me if I didn’t tell her my account number she couldn’t give me contact for corporate then transfer me in the middle of talking to some other lady who then offered to give me back 50% of the $94 that was purchased off my car today this actually still on hold. This is definitely a scam

I ordered it on Facebook. It was suppose to be $6.89 one month trial bottle of pills. They sent 2 bottles of pills. 1 keto pills and 1 detox pills , a total of $33.64. I paid my credit card the full $33.64. When I got my next month statement it says I owe $199.64. They keep charging my credit card. I have called and cancelled my Shop Your Way credit card. The Credit card says I am responsible for the $199.64 but I didn’t make this charge.
