I went to this agency where they say they can help you rent a home. Turned out to be a scam. The information provided to me was false & they make you sign a contract where they say they will reimburse your money. When I went to claim my reimbursement they wouldn’t give me my money back!

This company Nueva Era Rentals is a company that bears people out of money claiming they’ll help people find cheap housing but just beat them out of money and don’t help them find anything just keep their money then act like they don’t understand you when you call. Claim you have to speak to someone else but that person is never available. They are just a scam all the way around
