Type of a scam Online Purchase

several years ago I purchased a computer plan from this company. I determined later that they are a scam and do not do the job. I did not renew with them. Since then I have received numerous phone calls alleging computer problems and asking to access my computer. I have not allowed it. The latest is an email stating " Your computer services have been renewed today using your card on file " with a charge of $429.99 to a debit card ( I do not have a debit card). The phone number shown is 385 284 5671. I have not replied to the email nor the phone number. I would like this harassment stopped. Thanks for your help.
