Says your IP address has been stolen and freezes your computer. they give you a phone number to call and show you a website that is a scammer to get monies and ask for permission to remotely fix the problem while they download more viruses into your computer, steal your passwords. Tell you haven’t you been watching the news about Facebook virus, etc. They offer to fix problem for a fee, on a secured line, from debit card, credit card, etc. !st year so much … second year a different fee. DO NOT CALL PHONE NUMBER THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MICROSOFT IN ANY WAY. tHEY HACK IN BY PHONE NUMBER AS WELL. THEY SAY THEY ARE IN CALIFORNIA. TAKE YOUR LAPTOP OR TOWER TO LOCAL COMPUTER GUY TO GET THEM OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM.
