My laptop was locked out by message with phone number to call to unlock it which I did on 8/9/2016. My phone and laptop were both tied up until after 7:00 p.m. that night when I got message on phone my laptop was cleaned. I had given my credit card number to Leon Wilson who used it to access my account for $399.99. On 8/10/2016 I tried to access my laptop and it was still locked out. I declined payment of the charges through FRAUD line for my bank on 8/10/2016. On 8/18/2016 after returning from vacation I took my laptop to Staples where they removed viruses and installed anti virus software. On 8/23/2016 I received billing and I once again declined the charges from nstechnovista LLC. This was through bank CREDIT CARD service.
