Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an online add stating that Marilyn Denis was retiring from her show to focus on her new Skin Care Line – Nova Essence. Unfortunately for me I trusted the information given as I love and trust Marilyn and didn’t read the fine print. I was told all I had to pay was shipping for a free trial of her skin cream and eye cream. How shocked I was to find two separate charges to my credit card in the amounts of $135.36 and $138.45 from two unknown companies: TRIPLEFORCETESTOBOOST and REFRESHERZ FITNESS YOU, both from Las Vegas NV USA

I contacted the scammers and told them I will be contacting the BBB as well as Marilyn Denis to advise her that her likeness is being used in this scam. I told them the only reason I agreed to the free sample was because it had Marilyn Denis promoting it as her product and that it is false advertising on their part.

An add came through Facebook for a face product stating it was free only shipping and handling fees. Once I got the charges were on US funds with in any place of the add mentioned this . Bigger surprise was when I saw two more charges few days later for $137 AND $139. Apparently I got locked in a contract on a monthly bases for those quantities. In a never giving point I agreed on this. I tried to find a phone number to returned the product, get my money back and to stop those monthly charges. That company really knows how to scam consumers into buying products . It’s impossible to contact them since all the phone numbers are wrong and after been on hold for 20 minutes they respond this is the wrong numbers. Something has to be done to stop this company. They have license to steal money from people . They become rich at expenses of hard-working people. This is the first time I am going through something like this and there is no one of there to protect me or guide me through this horrible situation. Companies like that take advantage of social media and lure people into getting cheap and bad quality . Now for the rest of my next week I will have to use my time to chase down on the company and to be able to get a hold on someone so I can stop those charges.
