In December, Nouvebelle (Evident Health LLC) in a website ad offered free samples for "shipping costs" only, then immediately double charged my credit card using another business name. I nearly threw out the samples then discovered that the company had charged over $150 for keeping their "free trial offer." I called, said I wanted to return the products unopened, and after having frustrating conversations with several employees (all overseas, it seems, and some very hard to understand), an employee finally told me I could return for full credit minus a $20 "restocking fee" for each product. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and when I said I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, they said they would take $10 for restocking only. I sent the products out as soon as the post office opened on Monday.

Eight days later the company told me the items had not returned (even though USPS said they’d arrived after two days). Several confused and confusing customer service reps later, I demanded to talk to a supervisor ("Peter") who claimed that the original supervisor’s promise was void as they didn’t note it in my file.

The business practices of this company are anything but honest. No matter what customers do, they are going to lose money. I wish I would have copied the original advertisement as it did not contain the information they now say is present.

The company has HQ in NY, but something in NJ and the returns go to NV.

The product is called NOUVEBELLE S’NAK PEPTIDE CREAM….they put a pic of Dr Oz up for credence. They offer a TWO week trial but charge you prior to your TWO weeks. I absolutely did not have the product TWO weeks. I received it on Dec. TWENTYEIGHTHth. Today is Jan, EIGHTH. I marked my calendar to call in time. They already charged me the NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS and overdrew my acct. It was a last ditch effort of mine to find a product to help my skin. I have an auto immune disease that causes great sensitivity and now I have legions. I trusted because of Dr. Oz on the add. I am not blaming my break out on the product, however they did not care and DID NOT HONOR MY TWO WEEK TRIAL! iF TH PRODUCT IS SO WONDERFUL , WHY THE NEED TO TRICK IN THE TERMS FINE PRINT WHICH IS CONFLICTING THE "agree to terms" ?…….so sad and tired of the scams allowed.
