Type of a scam Debt Collections

Received a call on my answering machine yesterday mentioning my daughter’s name. She has not lived here in 20 years. Said it was about a debt she owed and call back at 855-211-4583 ext. 3513. He called again this morning and my husband answered pretending to be her husband. He said his name was Matt. He then asked for her date of birth and my husband told him he will not give it out and hung up. I looked up the phone number and Northstar Location Services came up. I put my name in place of my daughter’s name below. They are calling my number maybe thinking I may pay them since she is my daughter.
