We were told by some friends that this company, Northern Foxes, was having a great online sale on expensive jackets for up to 75% off retail. We usually don’t order clothing online, but thought this was a great deal. We thought we would order a few and then be able to return the ones we didn’t want. Well, after a month of no deliveries from the company, we contacted them and got a message that they make them to order (which it never stated on their website). Received the first one and it was the wrong size (ordered Med but got XL) and it was of very poor quality. There were no return instructions on the label (which was mostly in Chinese) so we attempted to email the company for return instructions and to cancel the rest of the order. We realized at this point that we had been swindled. We have received 2 more jackets that are of same poor quality and strange labels that make no reference to the company, Northern Foxes. After numerous attempts to contact the company, I am contacting my credit card company to hopefully recoup my money. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Ordered a fleece jacket in February 2019. After not receiving shipping information for 2 weeks, I contacted the company via the only means available (email). They claimed they were backed up and sent me a shipping label which turned out to be a dead end. After contacting them via email again and not hearing back, I knew it was a lost cause.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a jacket online after seeing an ad on Facebook. Upon receiving the jacket, which I ordered as a Medium, the tag said 2XL and did not even fit. The materials are dirt cheap and the tag on the inside where a brand label should be says something along the lines of "Men’s Finewear" and then contains a ton of broken English below that. I am trying to contact them to get a refund as their website states customers get 30 days to return their items. Unfortunately, on the website there is no phone number or location associated with the company, therefore you are forced to contact their "support" email, which I likely will never hear back from. They have NO contact information on their website and it was just created less than four months ago!

Northern foxes outdoor apperal. Online company that sells jacket and outdoor accessories. Order two jacket totalling $222.00 about a month ago and received by email a confirmation of the order. Si ce then nothing….I’ve sent 3 email to customer support and all go u answered. I believe the company is a scam or at least I have no reason to believe other wise. Their website looks legit but it’s like there is no o e past that.
