All the contact has been through mail – my elderly father was scammed out of a $12 "registration fee" in order to claim his "million dollar" prize. He has since received other letters from this same crooked operator. All he needs to do to claim his cash prize, is "sign the form and send his registration fee" to the above PO box. Please stop this crooked operator!! They are preying on the vulnerabilities of our elderly!
