The scammer called me and told me that they are going to refund me my money from 2 years ago on an anti virus software purchase I made. They advised me they were going out of business due to the pandemic. They instructed me to go online and enter a code. Once I was online they locked my computer and the scammer was taking control over my computer. I had no control over my mouse at this time. They opened up a web page for their bank and then opened my bank account entered $1,000 but because the decimal place was not correct, it showed $10,000. Then the second time was $29,000 and a third time $18,000. They asked me to go to the bank and send it to them in the mail.(in cash). I lost $57,000. I called the FBI, Federal Trade Commission and my bank.
