My cell phone rang and it was an in state call from Des Moines. The guy on the other end said, "this is Josh from customer service, can you hear me ok? I hung right up as I’ve heard about this scam. They are trying to get you to say "Yes". Just wanted to get this # out there and advise people to not answer a phone # not that is not familiar and if do answer do NOT say YES to any question!
