Ordered a product 5/26/20 and still have not received. When I try to put in my order number to track on the website it says order number not valid. I’ve sent multiple emails and asked repeatedly for them to provide me either with my tracking number or a correct order number so I can do it myself. Each time they take days to a week to respond, and just keep telling me it’s on its way and to wait just a week or two longer. They will not provide me with what I need to track my own package. I am going to ask for a refund from my bank. I’ve also read other complaints stating the same thing I’m going through. Do not order from this website! Scam!

I ordered a pillow for my baby on the 3rd of June. I could never track my order. When I left a comment on there Facebook page, the company replied to me through Facebook messager. I tried to go to there profile it said its being fixed. I think they blocked me.

I purchased a baby item on April 20, 2020. June 11, 2020. I still haven’t received anything. They are blaming the post office. I was directed to the website package tracking. I was given a delivery date of no later than June 10. It never arrived. I sent another email telling them I need accountability and I received no response.

I had the same problem with them. I ordered on June 2nd and it finally came in the mail today after multiple messages. And I found out they use Aliexpress to send their items but tried to cover that shipment sticker up. I could still see it

Emailed them asking for a tracking number and they avoid the question and just tell me due to COVID-19 they are delayed blah blah blah I informed them 2 times that I was reporting them if they didn’t give me a tracking number and they continue to blame COVID-19

I ordered a $60 product from this company two months ago in April and they have been telling me for two months that my product is ‘on the way’ but can’t provide a tracking number every time i have asked. There is also a facebook website dedicated towards the fraudulent activity titled ‘nine months sober is fraudent.’

After the purchase was complete, they said it was shipped. After 10 days with no notification or package I asked for a tracking number. Three times I’ve asked for a tracking number and they never provided one. Now after a month with no package, they haven’t responded to my past two emails. Their website doesn’t provide any other contact information beside the email.
