Type of a scam Government Grant

I recieved a Facebook message from a friend of 30 years. She asked how I was doing and if I had plans for summer weekends. Nothing was out of the ordinary. Then a day later she told me about a NRC Government grant compensation check or cash. It is for humanity support and poverty eradication ordered by the NRC REUNION, IMF and UN. T contact agent is Nina Powell. My "friend" told me when she received her money she also happened to see my name on the grant list and needed to let me know right away. She then told me what to do and she wanted to know every step so she could walk me through the process. When I had a question, she would respond with "yes, I also did the same thing". She even asked if I was still on with the agent while going through the process. The agent Nina Powell even gave me a reference number that I was suppose to use for delivery. The agent kept telling me to make sure the number was safe as I needed it for proof for the grant. At this point I still thought this was my friend. Then the agent said I needed to pay clearance fees for delivery but then there were problems. They were to busy, there was a stamp and date for delivery fee, things like that which seemed right. Then the agent would give me a date and approximate time for delivery but something always happened and the time would get changed to the next day or the grant would be dropped at an insurance so it could not be claimed by another person. This is when the agent said as long as its at insurance that I would be charged 100$ a day. I paid the fee because my friend would never lie to
