I received a phone call this morning stating Lafayette Sherri’s was enroute to my home with a summons. I called the number (8776076473)and was told it was about an account from 2008 and it was for fraud. The man (Nick vega) wanted payment. My wife had received a call before me and didn’t answer it. She looked it up on her visual voicemail and noticed the spelling and context were all wrong as you have stated on channel 10. So I called the Sheriff’s department in Lafayette and asked them to look up a case number. They stated their case numbers didn’t start with that number and no unit had been dispatched to my address.
