so i order this cat tree off this website , an it clearly says *includes one cat cactus climbing tree . , a few weeks later i get this green rope , super thin an about as much as a small fist full i get of this stuff . it doesnt hit me til a couple days later that THIS small amount of rope is what i ordered for 10.76! i cpuldnt even belive it . ive been in contact with one of the girls with customer service wondering about yhe currency change when i bought the product … so when i got the rope i contacted her again . she said she’d look into it .. she then said they contacted their dealers an they said it was a DIY cat cactus climbing tree an she sent me a link to a video! at that point im frustated . i didnt pay over $10 for green string !! & it wasnt even CLOSE to enough to even make this cat tree . like i said it was seriously a handle of what looks like the string tou tie your tomatos up in the garden ! she said she couldnt give me a refund cuz i paid for shipping , but i didnt pay for string .. i paid for a cat tree which is what was on the website . i now check the site & they fixed where it says DIY , but the reviews are all fake . its not the same string they try to sell you for $10 . I also went on the website to write my review , but of course it wasn’t approved . there’s only 5 stars on all of them … & on the website of the climbing tree it goes on to say all the things that WOULD come with the tree an at the VERY end it says *includes cat climbing DIY rope … ??. this whole site is a scam & she now ignores my emails , so im writing to you guys . PLEASE HELP. .
