Type of a scam Employment

Someone contacted me through Indeed.com and was advised to send my resume to [email protected], through that I was connected someone, explained the job position and offered it to me. Job position includes posting listings on Ebay, processing payment through paypal, Assisting clients with company’s products and services etc. They made is looked so real they even sent me an Employment Agreement Form to sign.

They had me posting items on Ebay with a 8% cut, I thought it was going well until we sold a transponder over $1,300. The buyer paid for it through my paypal, I send it over to someone "my manager" told me send it too, The buyer never received his item, until Ebay had to issue him a refund that left my paypal on negative. I was promised that they will send me a refund check for that and my salary however it never came, they never provided a phone number so all of our communications are through email, I have been emailing but I keep getting the run around like, the mail was returned, etc etc.
