Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased this TV Bandit antenna from this website, it says good for up to 75 miles with the amplifier. I am 56 miles from some very big TV channels and this antenna is worthless even with the amplifier. When I purchased this the price was $*** and it said you could get a second one for $*** which I did. When I went to the checkout page and filled in all of my information it charged me $***. So I called them and they said they would give me a discount for the mistake, well to make a long story short, I never got the 2nd. antenna which I paid for, and they charged me the $*** for the first one instead of the $*** as advertised price. They also did it on 2 separate invoices and I ordered them both on the same page. I have contacted these people many times about this and all they do is hang up on me. I want my money back because this antenna is absolutely worthless, and these people are not willing to make this right with me.

Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I won $1,325,000.00 & possibly $2,000,000.00, all I have to do is submit $11.89, which they call an ‘accuisition fee for premium offer’. They go on & on in this blatant attempt to swindle me out of my money with confusing, deceptive & misleading word’s. There is no real sweepstakes name. They use phrases like ‘Commissioner of Judges’, ‘Corporate Judges Seal’, ‘Award Notification Commission’, they use the name ‘Larry Hound’ once & his name is hand written in the signature at the bottom, stating he is a representative for ‘The Office of Director’ for the unnamed Commission. The premium offer I will receive if I remit the ‘mandatory’ fee is ‘A Valuable Booklet’, worth more than $2,500.00, because they are ‘extending honors’ to me in these ‘non transferable’ formal proceedings’. This poorly written document is written with the intent to confuse, mislead & deceive people. They suggest I have won & then go on to say there is no purchase necessary, BUT later state the $11.89 ‘premium offer fee’ is MANDATORY. If I’d like ‘rush processing’ I need to add $3.00. I need to remit cash, check or money order made out to ANC (ANC is mentioned only once). I am so tired of these scams. We get fake calls telling us we are in so much trouble with the IRS and others & now we are getting bombarded with fake sweepstakes & kid’s soliciting fake fund raising schemes at our local mall’s. It is awful and I hope they are caught. Thank you for allowing people to bring these scams to your attention & thank you for offering such a great service. Thank you ScamPulse.com! *I am attaching 1 of 4 pages that were mailed to me.
