It also says has the initials ANC Award Notification Commission MI 520 19 23, World Headquarters, Midwest, United States of America on "check" for $1,325, 000.00. It states that there is no purchase necessary; however, it requires that you remit $13.89 payable to the office of ANC. It says the type of award is 100% cash and is authorized by Larry Hourd, Executor of Awards. This was sent to my mother, Esther Chris.
