Type of a scam Online Purchase

I wanted to purchase a poodle puppy I saw advertised on a web site in Pittsburgh, Pa. It all looked official. I communicated by text about the dog, they said it was available, and the cost would be $600 plus $250 for shipping. They would only except a money wire. I wired the money and they said the dog would be shipped the next day. The next day I received a email saying the dog needed to be shipped in a special container, which was a additional $1500 dollars which we could not afford. I tried texting the shipper and dog breeder with no response. I started investigating the companies and found out they were both fake, and that other people have been scammed by the same people. Can we find out who their internet provider is and shut them down, so more people are not scammed?

I initiated contact with the seller via their website, Next Day Poodle Puppies, and inquired on a puppy listed for sale. I completed and submitted a "contact form" in which I received the company response the following day. Via email I spoke with an unknown individual who supplied me with a recent video and information pertaining to the dog of interest. I was told they were a breeder in Pittsburgh, high Christian morals and have been doing this for some time. I did some of my own research by reviewing the ScamPulse.com comments, google search and also the testimonials located on their website. I thought I was making an informed decision by following through with the purchase however this was not the case. I requested a contract be received prior to payment. Upon receipt of the contract I reviewed and agreed upon the terms of payment and set arrangements to have the dog shipped the following Monday. I completed the payment, with them insisting it be either wire transfer or via Zelle. I chose Zelle as this was a payment option that was approved by my bank and my thoughts were there would be record of the transaction and opportunity to dispute if needed. After numerous emails, which were always – one line answers and never receiving concrete arrangements I started to question my decision. I spent the day of the "supposed" shipment pending any type of instructions and then only after several email attempts as the breeder company never gave a contact# I received the tracking# from Global Shipping. The dog was in Vet Check and would be shipped once cleared. Only minutes later did I receive a 2nd email that claimed the carrier for which Next Day Poodle Puppies provided was not sufficient for the air flight and I would need to issue payment for an additional $1200 to $1400 for a special crate. This was to be refundable at time of delivery. * Working in an office that deals with freight forwarders I had never heard of this practice nor of the delivery personal having the ability to conduct financial transactions. I used the contact# listed on the shipping receipt for Next Day Poodle Puppies and left a message for an immediate return call, this was not received. I called back to Global Shippers and no matter what questions I asked I received a answer to make payment of the delivery would not be scheduled. I did another google search on the company, Next Day Poodle Puppies and did locate another story with similar issues, this was the final red flag. Located on the shipping receipt I confirmed a contact name, address and number: Annie Cole – 410 Decatur Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15221 (412) 694-0966. I did a google search on the address and it did not identify as a business or as a Annie Cole being a resident.

I did not pay the additional fee’s and truly believe there was no "puppy" ever there to purchase. I pray that an investigation is completed on this company and that no other person has to have the devastating experience and disappointment.

I have provided the documentation from the global Shipping however I have all communications saved that occurred between Next Day Poodle Puppies and myself.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

We paid for a puppy from an online website. The total transaction was for $600, one for $500 and a second for $100. The website is nextdaypoodlepuppies.com . They did not sent the puppy. It was promised yesterday and now today. (August 11,12, 2020) We investigated further and found other people complaining about the same company scam. We used Zelle through our Wells Fargo Bank account. Both Wells Fargo and Zelle said we could not recover the money because it could not be traced, like cash out the door. We want all to know of this scam as their website is still up and making fake sales. The following information is what we know of the scammers: Name – Sylvia Williams Email – [email protected] Phone – 412 694-0966 Website – nextdaypoodlepuppies.com
