We used them and got SCAMMED!! First they gave us different carpet than what we ordered. We ordered plush, but received something different. The manager realized the mistake and attempted to refund us $500, but recharged our credit card for another $2,985 instead. When I called, the manager said he was sorry and his mistake and that it happened to 8 other clients when he switched merchant accounts. I waited and waited for the reverse of charges, but never happened, I called and called his cell and all numbers on their web site, no answer, so I filed a dispute with the credit card. Next Day Carpet’s manager responded to the credit card company stating that it was a valid charge and he lied/said we ordered furniture and the reason for the second charge of $2,985. I am sharing this so that others do not use this company or deal with the individual and get scammed.
