When I signed up for a free trial of one product, I was somehow signed up for a "free trial" of Nexacell, paying $4.95 for shipping. I do not remember agreeing to the terms and conditions for Nexacell (only the other company) but I cannot prove that. I was sent the free trial and when the product came, there was no receipt or invoice included. Suddenly 13 days later, I was charged $89.95. I called for a refund. The CSR (rep) said that I should have cancelled the "free trial" within 14 days and then tried to offer me a 50% "employee discount". I continued to demand a refund. She allegedly "talked to her supervisor" but refused to put me through to a supervisor. She said that final offer they could do was a 67% refund.
