Type of a scam Romance

I joined NJ Singles in April of 2019. I paid $1000 up front and am being billed monthly $250 a month for the Balance. I have been Matched 5 times in that time. I filled out an extensive profile, yet none of my five Matches met my profile choices. The first was a single mother with a 22 month old child. I specifically said no children unless they were 18 or over. The second had a harsh Russian accent and little or no flexibility towards American culture. I specifically said I would meet woman of any culture as long as they were Americanized. I have dated a few woman in the past that didn’t work out because they’re family’s were not accepting of someone not from they’re cultural background. The third one was 6 years older than the max age request in my profile. The fourth lived over an hour away. I requested 25 miles or closer. They’re are 5-6 counties in that range and over a hundred towns. The fifth seamed like a great Match. But I was told not to call her for a few days because she was on vacation ( just like I read in other members complaints) and less that 12 hours later they called and said not to bother because she was “On Hold”, how ironic. I truly feel I’ve been scammed. I’ve paid money and received no service in SEVEN MONTHS!!! Every time I call I get “ we’re working on your profile right now and we’ll have a match for you in a day or so”. Well, it’s been over month since my last failed Match. I would NEVER recommend anyone give NJ Singles a nickel of they’re hard earned money unless they want to waste not only money but also they’re time. Go on Match.com. At least you’ll be dating not sitting home waiting.
