Type of a scam Tech Support
On Saturday, April 15, 2017 I fell victim to an online computer scam through a pop up ad by a computer company calling itself Neuron Support located out of Naples, Florida. They froze up my computer and when I clicked their ad they gained access to my computer and sold me software. I agreed to pay the fee for several hundred dollars. Later I realized it was a scam and did not mail the check. I supposed to mail the check to an address in Morgantown, West Virginia located on their website.
