My mother had something pop up on her computer and she couldn’t get into it. She called her credit card company (or so she thought) because she couldn’t log in on her computer. She again, thought the person she was speaking with was at her credit card company. Somehow she had called "Net Link Support". Somehow these people talked her into accessing her computer and spent many hours on it. They got her to agree to $500.00 fee coming from her bank account (that she gave them). The next morning when she realized that she couldn’t afford their fee. They told her they would give her back $500.00 and keep $100.00 for their time. Three days later she went to her bank and found out Net Link Support had taken $1000.00 out of her account. The bank has filed a fraud case against this company. Spoke with a man name MARTIN.
