On Jan. 21st 2019, I ordered a neon moon sign for my husband for Valentines Day. After not receiving this in the time frame they said, I emailed them on Feb. 6th asking them if it would be shipped before Feb.14th. I actually got a response 2 days later saying they were pushed back due to the corona virus and they were getting back to work on Feb 10th 2020 and that they would ship my order asap, they need just 8 working days and I will get the order. Apologies and best regards from Jack even. On the 24th of Feb. I emailed again saying I’m sorry and that if they can’t fulfill the order maybe I can get a refund? So far nothing. So I started to investigate and found out the ScamPulse.com says the website is shut down. It is not, more people are going to fall victim to this website. I only lost $234.00. Some have lost way more than me. Something must be done to get justice for these victims. *The website no longer exists and the phone number is now disconnected
