We ordered a sign 12/30/17 and paid for expedited shipping. It’s now 1/21/2018 and we’ve received nothing. The website stated 8-10 lead time. I contacted them twice and was told (both times) they were backed up for the holidays but would expedite the sign. We still have no sign.

I did some checking and they have numerous complaints against them regarding the same issue (paid and no signs were delivered). I also discovered they operate under slightly different alias online with the same contact email. I checked the IP address from the email they sent me and it’s originating from China and not California as they state on their website.
