Initially the issue was no disclaimer on the website stating that the ‘mock-up’ images would not reflect what the actual product looked like. This misrepresentation led to back and forth emails regarding the end product which had not been shipped yet (neon sign). The company would not permit us to cancel or provide a full refund — they wanted to charge a fee even though the product was entirely misrepresented. Finally, we were able to come to a resolution. As a result, the company shipped out their product (neon sign) which arrived at the destination completely damaged. It cannot be used at all. The company’s ‘policy’ is no refunds, but they will not even replace the damaged sign. There is no information anywhere about this ‘company’ — the phone number is in the US but the product was clearly shipped from China. It was not even shipped in a crate or box, just hard Styrofoam and then wrapped in a plastic. Anytime I call, someone different answers the phone but sounds exactly the same as the last person I spoke to. The manager is never available and conveniently seems to always be out of the country. Their voicemail does not even represent the company but goes straight to some lady’s voicemail by the name of ‘Margarita Trembaz’. The phone connection has also conveniently disconnected multiple times when on the phone with a ‘representative’. There is no information about this company to be found anywhere. I have several emails of documentation and images of the broken product. I would like to know if there is a way to get the money back and what the next step might be.
