Type of a scam Debt Collections

the last 2year i have getting email from a dept collection thru the email i have getting harassment ,threaten,abuse say i am going to jail in 14 day sending me fake stuff etc i have a attorney at law at it he said it was all fake he said

i have a good case to sue but you cannot sue a person thru email

i ask for validation letter thru mail – i have not a one i got harassment,threaten,me and they said going call my job

can you help out ?can you stop this ?
