Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have received multiple calls and messages from NC Group. They say I took out a pay day loan and didn’t pay it back and they are the debt collection company trying to get the money back. They have threatened to contact my employer (which they have the name of) and my wages will be garnished. They also threatened to report the unpaid debt on my credit report. It is in regards to a company by the name of DJR Group who obtains my bank account number and deposited money. I found a law suit against them online. Back in September of 2011 they tried to deposit funds in my account. The account was then closed and the funds returned to DJR Group. I have proof from the bank that they money was debited back to them. This NC Group has not only harassed me but has also obtained family members information and contacted them about my whereabouts. They insist I owe them $300 and need to pay them back. When I call and want details they won’t give me any of the information without me first giving them my personal information (bank account numbers, SS number, address). They have also verbally abused me telling me I stole the money.
