Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a NBA sweatshirt for my son and this website looked legit until I paid and did not a confirmation email like most companies send. When I looked for information for customer service there was no telephone to contact nor an address so I am not sure where this company is from USA or China. There was a customer service email to use ANNA[[email protected]} and I contacted and still no response. So I checked my banking and when I saw the amount for $54.95 pending [amount of sweatshirt} the name was not NBA SHOP it was some chinese name so I immediately contacted Chase and they told me that my card was compromised and other purchases where made but unsuccessful going through one purchase was in Europe and the other The Netherlands. An investigation is going on and hopefully I will get my money back. My card was closed and a new card will be issued . This is so upsetting how people do such scams I hope this website gets taken off and I believe they have another website similar selling sports goods.
