SnapErrand SnapErrands ShopLoft Nayton Inc – those seem to be all the names associated with this scammer for now. I should’ve known better at $32/hr. But it took seeing the hiring manager had two different spellings of his name in the emails – Trey Bran/Brants, and the address on the website change from a building in ohio to a parking lot in Denver. The phone numbers changed too. Not listed on the better business bureau? The other ’employees’ listed on LinkedIn have no names. They keep changing their phone number to different doctors numbers that work at this hospital, which is just weird. Now the website has an [email protected] com email and on their LinkedIn they also seem to own “ShopLoft” too so I would be wary of anything to do with those too. I just had a phone interview with this dude with a thick accent, I started to give some signs that I was onto him and he hung up on me. The phone number was 720-263-0410. Man, sucks that people would target unemployed people. This is the third one like this I have come across, I guess thats the hazard with ‘virtual assistant’ jobs, they shouldnt mess with unemployed people though – we have the time to waste posting them on every scam reporting website.

Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted yesterday (20th August, 2019) by an individual claiming to be Collins Gray via LinkedIn direct messaging offering a job at Nayton Inc. I was unsure about the offer as it was too good to be true ie offering pay of 35USD/hour of work for either PT or FT. I decided to do some digging into the company and the first red flag was the unprofessional website that stood out. Secondly, the physical address doesn’t exist on google maps, Collins didn’t understand the concept of payroll and last but not least, it is not listed on BBB. I’m unsure of where this was leading to but I’m assuming they would have asked for my SIN number for payroll purposes. Getting paid $35/hour is great but it’s too good to be true if I were to work from home. When I stated my concerns to Collins, all he responded with was "Thanks". Kindly look into this as this seems like a scheme set up ideally for identity theft.
