They are no longer naychic or stagsmile. They change their name to “helioshelp” as https://www.owily.com/. I bought their gowns last year 2019. Those gowns are just rubbish and look nothing like the pictures show. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever made. Please pay attention! They often change their name.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Over a month ago, approximately September 13, 2019, I purchase two gowns from the company Stagesmile also under the umbrella of Naychic for an event on October 12th. I followed up on two separate occasions because the event was approaching and contacted the company via email. I received two responses. They let me know that the order was confirmed, the package was shipped, and that I should be patient. My order information is as follows: Order no. ***, 2 gowns, Price $72.18, size XL, and my Fedex tracking no. On October 19th or 20th the package was delivered through the United States Postal service at my home. I received both gowns that came small in size, not extra large as I order or as labelled in the garments. I immediately contacted the company on the 21st as I had previously done. I wanted to get a return code to return the gowns and request my refund. I have not heard or gotten a response of any kind from the company. I cannot wear either of the gowns and they look nothing like what I saw when I decided to purchase them. It is a true bait and switch. Please assist.
