My mother got an email with no specific information, and she has no Navy Federal account. There is an attached picture of the email.

I received a priority mail envelope with a check for $2400.00 drawn on the Navy Federal Credit Union. I called the Credit Union and they verified that the check was bogus and that several people had called with the same information. They said to shred the check that it was not valid and not to cash it.
