I ordered a 14 day trial of Garcinia on 1/19/18 (email attached) and cancelled my 14 days trial on 1/24/18 which was acknowledged by the company on the same date (emails attached dated 1/24/18). On 2/8/18, despite cancelling the product subscription as the pills made me ill and therein I cancelled within the requisite 14 days, the company charged my debit card $84.00 and would not refund. I called Co. on 2/8/18 and was told they would refund $50 of the $84.00 and I could keep the bottle of pills that they knew made me sick. There was a 14 day trial money back guarantee that the company would not honor. My bank is aware as well but could not provide a provisional credit until the investigation was complete. THis is a lot of money for me, I am a single mother and do not receive child support.
