Company advertises a free trial offer for just the cost of shipping of 5.95 for Garcinia, when you order this free trial product, if you click on any other product they send it to you, even though you did not order it. They then charge your debit account 84.95 and 89.95 for the product that is suppose to be a free trail. I never knowingly approved for them to charge my debit account for anything other than the 5.95 shipping fee. I have been calling the company to get a refund and they will not give one. I am in the process of having my bank call them as well. My bank has issued me a new debit card to prevent any other unauthorized charges.

Clicked on ad on Facebook – made purchase for free trial only pay shipping $4.99. Was not made aware of the purchase Green Coffee and the Raspberry Ketones until after credit card info was given – also was not sent an email of verified purchase, nor when the items were shipped was a receipt or statement – just the bottles. Totaling about $32 on 1/25/17. I was then charged 89.95 on 2/8/17 for rightgarcinia and $84.95 for go natural coffee. When I called I was told that too bad I should have called within 14 days or that I should have read the terms and conditions (hidden in the website). I explained that not once was I a given an email or statement telling that I needed to within a certain timeframe. They did cancel my subscription (unaware that I even was), but they would not refund me for the almost $200 in pills – which I also never received.

I ordered Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean Extract as a 14 day TRIAL on 8/27/16. I was told on the phone that the most I would pay is around $5 per bottle. I received my order on 9/9/16. On 9/12/16 my bank was debited $89.95 for one bottle and $85.95 for the 2nd bottle. I had NEVER HEARD of these amounts before this day. Obviously I called because I’ve only had 3 days to try, yet I was supposed to have 14 days. They told me there would be no refund given. They told me that their records show the USPS delivered to me on 9/1/16. I explained. ..no….I received them on the 9th and even if they came on the 1st. …it still has not been 14 days yet. I was yelled at and hung up on the 1st phone call. 2nd phone call they said it was my responsibility to notify them of the late arrival, I then responded with. …that’s what I’m doing now. Then I was told I should’ve called sooner all while refusing to refund my money they stole from me. I was completely SCAMMED out of almost $200 when I was assured and promised the total amount including shipping would be less than $15. They lied completely! ! I was NEVER given 14 days, and they took money they DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO HAVE! ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! !! THEY JUST WANT YOUR BANK INFORMATION SO THEY CAN STEEL YOUR MONEY! !! I only hope this helps prevent people from having their money stolen from them in the future by these thieves! !

This company offers a free trial, just pay the shipping. When I ordered, they added on another product after I had pressed the submit button that I didn’t want but it too was a free trial, just pay the shipping. Since the cost was minimal (less than $5), I didn’t think it was a problem. But a couple weeks later, they charged my credit card again for $90 for each product. They claim that in their terms and conditions (the fine print) it says that if I don’t cancel within 14 days, they will begin to charge me $90 per bottle (one month supply, 60 pills, of each product) each month. The terms and conditions, if available, are not easy to find and they don’t ask you to verify that you have read the terms and conditions before ordering. They also don’t give you any notice that they are going to start charging you the additional money unless you cancel. The charge just shows up on your credit card bill. I am pretty sure that the products are placebos and don’t work anyway. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT, IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!!! They will not give you your money back!

I found an ad on Facebook for Garcinia Cambogia for a free trial. All I had to pay was shipping of $4.95. On 5/14/2016, a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean Extract were shipped to me. I did not use these products right away because I was not sure if I should. When I received my credit card bill I was amazed that I was charged $89.95 and $84.95 for these products on 5/28/2016 and also $89.94 and $84.95 on 6/13/2016. I called them and told them that I had not even taken these products. They informed me that the free trial was only for 14 days so they billed me those charges on 5/28/2016 because I didn’t inform them that I didn’t want the product. I don’t remember seeing that this was a 14 day free trial. Then they charged me the same amounts on 6/13/2016 because they said that this was an automatic Renewal. This was all new to me. I called them and said I had not used the products except for three of the Garcinia Cambogia and that all of the other bottles were still sealed (never opened) and that I wanted my credit card credited for $349.80. They refused to reimburse me. I told them I would send all of the bottles back and they still refused to reimburse me.
