This is a complete scam, using Sean Hannity’s Name and Trumps name on an ad on Facebook. So you go to their page for CBD oil and cream, and they have a low price trial offer where you only pay for shipping. I did not know they were enrolling me automatically into a monthly autoship. I never received any email confirmation to this effect nor about charges to my debit card. On August 2, 2020 someone from Wellness Pretty Life Diet tried to charge my card for $98.00 I received a security alert from my bank and I told them I did not know what this charge was. They declined it.

Today, August 17, 2020 I received a package in the mail with the CBD oil and cream from a place called Slim Nutra in San Leandro CA. Apparently Natural Pharmers ships out from different locations in the U.S.

I contacted Natural Pharmers to cancel my subscription (that I knew nothing of) immediately.

There is nothing on any page of this website that says anything about a automatic shipment probram. UNTIL, you scroll way down to the bottom of their page. The is a very small link that says "Terms and Conditions." It just looks like a disclaimer like right above it, and I didn’t even see it. This is a scam!

ACCOUNT. CALLED THE COMPANY, THEY SAY IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IT STATES YOU HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE TO CANCEL OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT

I ordered the free bottle of oil and cream was charged 6.95 per product for shipping on July 3r 2020. On July 18th I realized amounts for 95.60 and 98.25 was charged to my card. When I called I talked to 3 different people 2 said I was to canceI 16 days the other said 14 days after I asked her if it is 16 days why was my account charged before the 16th day. I offered to return the product was told they do not except open product. I informed her one hadn’t been open. She then said they didn’t except any products back. I went on several web site all have different policies. None with the 16 day or you will be charged if you don’t cancel. One said 30 day 100% money back guaranteed.
I said I tried to email all have come back unread. Went to facebook an message the Facebook address. So far nothing. I just want my money I will send them their product. I am going to get the word out about this company.

I ordered a CBD oil and cream on 6/19/20 for only $6.98 ea. This was on a commercial facebook website posting that they misrepresented the products as being sold, by Snoop Dogg..which it wasn’t. They also did not have any clear contractual trial period arrangements posted on their website, which indicated that within two weeks they could charge my account $85.88 and $91.90, for each respective item, on my credit card. I tracked down their formal website, in NY, and they had the contractual obligations which allowed them to extract these exorbitant fees, from me, in clear and viewable access, on that website, but there was no longer any Snoop Dogg advertisement, and the products I received were named after their company, Natural Pharmers, not Snoop Doggs. People need to be aware that this company is fraudulently stealing money from consumers, by misrepresenting the products they are selling and concealing damaging financial contracts, which allow them to extort money from unsuspecting participants. The company was only willing to cancel the recurring contract and refund me little over $60 of the monies that were illicitly taken from me. Buyers Beware!

Naturalpharmers.com advertises CBD products ( such as oils and creams for arthritic type of joints pain) and offers free trial for shipping and handling fees. However, latter the company billed my credit card for large amount of money for the “ free samples” which they sent. My attempts to return the “ free samples” unused and unopened were denied by the company. Full amount was not refunded. Company stated that they are registered with ScamPulse.com and your organization has copies of all their advertising. Their advertising is misleading ( even the “ small print” part is not consistent with what company actually provides).

I ordered a FREE sample of CBD oil and cream on 6/15/20 and paid only shipping. There are now charges for $85.88 and $91.90 on my credit card dated 6/28/20.

Called the number listed on my credit card. first person Sian, agent #074 would not stop trying to offer me lower prices and refused to refund. She hung up on me when I stated for probably the 10th time that the only thing I wanted to hear from her was that she was refunding my money. Second call I spoke with Sharmanie, agent #006. When I asked for a manager she stated she was a supervisor. She also would not give me a refund. She stated managers don’t take calls and they will not call back. When I asked for the corporate address she said she didn’t have it. She gave me PO Box 1045, Elsers, FL 34680 as the address where she works from.

My next steps will be to have my attorney contact them and get them out every place I can find on social media to warn others.
