I received a package from fed ex, and inside the package was a unmarked blank envelope. Once I opened the envelope there was a letter from NATIONWIDE MARKET RESEARCH PROGRAM, apple store mystery shopping assignment. They sent a check for 2,950.23 from a Dover Federal Credit Union in Dover DE. They requested, after I deposited the check, and it cleared the bank I go purchase two apple gift cards. One for 1300 and the other for 1350. If I completed the survey within 24 hrs I would receive a 200 bonus. All I needed to do was text 323-840-7344 or email [email protected] or [email protected], confirming the check was deposited, assignment completed, the amount I spent at the store, reveal the codes on the cards purchased, send a picture of the card showing all 4 corners of card, purchase receipt, and the survey report attached.
