Type of a scam Phishing

I have received a ridiculous number of calls in one day all from different numbers by from representatives from the same company (Nationwide Health Advisors) claiming they are calling me to complete a health insurance application. I have told them I am employed, have health insurance through my employer and have never completed any such application. Then they asked me for the state I reside in and started "Phishing" for personal information. Their name is borrowing on the good reputation of Nationwide Insurance. A few of the phone numbers from people calling me today are 469-518-9843, 214-617-9843, 972-617-9843, 972-835-8858, 972-679-7366, 214-617-9208, and 469-518-9835. When I tried calling back the first one to collect information it went into a general, unanswered mailbox. They are clearly up to no good and are harassing me.
