*** Air Solutions, Deer Park, NY/ showed up right after major snow storms mid February 2015, un announced and told the 90 year old living there they were there to do a free chimney inspection. conned her into thinking it was important, safety issue authorized by someone else and got her to give them her credit card to the tune of almost 2000. When she called me to inform me what was going on, she put the rep on the phone-I advised them they were not authorized to be there, no one called them for any such inspection, the roof covered with snow and that she was not the home owner, that maybe they were at the wrong house. they said they would have their office call me which they never did. I told them to put the property back in the condition it was. and leave immediately and was going to call the Weymouth police dept which I did. and advised them. when I got there 15 minutes later they were long gone, they used my equipment and tools in the cellar to do some work, tear out part of the chimney brocks but left it with the chimney flue open that would have caused dangerous fumes to come into the house. I had to immediately seal it up. they left no paperwork, and the 90 year old women said she did not sign anything or leave paperwork or contact information other than a brochure for the manufacturer of some lining.. Only when I found a $2000 credit card charge a few weeks later, did I find out their name and address. Neighbors said they saw a truck there with the *** name on it but could not find any local company by that name. They had no right to shoe up at someone’s home and dupe a 90 year old partly deaf women into conning her for a chimney lining for a home she did not own. BEWARE
