They called our caller and said they were a financial company and a part of the BBB. They help people consolidate their CC debt by "working with you, analyzing info and get a CC w/zero %. They told her how much she would save $$ and have zero % interest rate "for life"! She was on the phone for 3 hrs and they found her a Chase CC approved for $9000 for 15 mos. They charged her $1299 (one time) to get this started. In 15 mos when her CC goes to 27%, they want her to call them to find another zero interest rate card. She gave them all her information. This happened July 08, 2019.

She closed all her accounts and opened accts in a new bank and have had new hits on her CC.
