Messenger from friend who was a charity consultant that I should apply for a government grant. The bottom line was that I would pay $700 delivery charge for $100,000 grant. I cancelled my application. I gave them my address and phone number but no bank or credit cards or SS numbers. The contact was Marcos William or reverse with a number 443 304 8732.
