Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I was contacted via phone by John Bell and I was told that I won a prize but in order to receive it I needed to wire $1600.00 to Wayne McGee who works for Bank of America. I was asked how far I was from a Walmart and I was told to send the money immediately or the prize will be distributed to someone else. I believe that John Bell and Wayne McGee are the same person.
