Type of a scam Tax Collection

I received a call from this number which was initially a recorded message claiming to give me a claim number and a number to call back- however this was not a complete telephone number. I then called back the original telephone number which was answered by a young woman. At the time I did not catch the name of the company from which she said she was calling. She proceeded to tell me that she was representing a client which had filed a lien against me at my county courthouse and that she needed to verify my information. She read off to me a social security number which i would not verify. Instead I proceeded to ask her what was the name of her company she represented. She then cut me off abruptly as demanded a yes or no verification of the information and told me she did not need to verify who she was and that she would not provide me additional information until I verified my identity. I refused to do so, at which time she went into a very fast tirade about how the order would be filed and the sheriff’s office would serve me with papers at my residence. She then hung up and after repeated attempts I was not able to get an answer when I called back that number. I was however able to call from a different phone and got the name she used for her company "National Litigation". It turns out there is a real National Litigation Law Group who provide information on this scam on their pngage. I spoke with the real National Litigation Law Group which verified that this was a scam and then directed me to the BBB site to lodge a formal complaint.
