A male caller from this # contacted me via phone. They said they were with the National Insurance Association and wanted to inform me about a new tax law that would affect my auto insurance payment. They asked me:

-If I had auto insurance

-If I had been insured for the last 6 months

-Who was I insured by

I told them that I have been insured for the last 6 months and my insurance company was USAA. They said goodbye and immediately hung up. They then proceeded to call me 3 additional times and did not leave messages.

I did a quick search on the # and many people reported similar experiences but were asked for more specific information related to DOB, Address or they were told they owed money and the caller had detailed information about them from their past. When you google, there is no such "National Insurance Association."
