Richard Johnson, National Dept of Health, offering a grant, he asked me to get a prepaid Visa card, and we’ll deposit $14,566.00. 240-555-3429 and 240-437-4236. He was very hard to understand, Middle Eastern accent. he said there’s a grant form the US government, who gives you points for not having a criminal records, and you aren’t on government assistance.
