Received call from (as identified on phone) New Jersey 908 373-8327.

Doubting that pressing 2 would actually accomlish the desired do-not call again, pressed 1 for an agent. The agent identified his company as "National Dealer Services". When I repeated the business name to him and asked him to verify, he politely said "thank you" and hung up.ask to verify the company.

This company will not stop calling. Everyday 5 or 6 times a day. Tell them your on the do not call list and they just hang up.

With so many people complaining how can they keep doing it? They call from a spoof number so even keeping track doesn’t help.

I would like to take legal action against this company since my phone is used for business and it’s hard to tell when its them calling.

Somebody please put a stop to this.

National Dealer Services calls my cell every day and attempts to get personal information under the auspice of an extended warranty on my "12 year old" car. I have asked repeatedly for them to take me off their list and every time I do they hang up abruptly and the calls keep coming.

Call is part of a scam. Prompted by robot to press a number to enter a phone call in regards to car insurance expiring. Downloaded a call blocker just to block all numbers since they’re the most common calls I get. Always leave voicemails with the robot continuing the pitch. One time it said the call was rejected and hung up. This is a robo-dialer for a fact. I’m willing to help take these guys down if I can assist in any way.

For over a year I’ve gotten unsolicited calls from this company, most of the times when I’ve asked the name of the company they hang up, but today someone finally slipped up and said it. It’s almost always from a different number and the script is always the same. "The extended warranty on your vehicle is about to run out, please verify your information and get it extended." Only issue, my car doesn’t have a warranty….

I receive multiple calls from some company that (today) identified themselves as National Dealer Services. They constantly call with the automated message that my vehicle warranty is about to expire. When I press the prompt to get a real person, I am either hung up on (when I ask what company this is) or told off (one one occasion, a worker told me that "I didn’t need to know" what the company is and on another occasion a worker laughed at me and said it didn’t matter if I didn’t want to receive the phone calls as they would keep coming no matter what I do. I have placed my number on the National Do Not Call list and I still get these calls. They have called from numerous numbers: 248-907-0787, 248-425-1267, 248-417-0632, 248-242-3730, 231-821-3590. This is just a small sample of numbers they call from. Since January 2020, I have received multiple calls a month from them. It is harassment at this point! They need to be shut down and penalized.

This company keeps calling me (at least 25 times in the last few months) telling me that they have been trying to contact me repeatedly and now this is the last time I will be able to take advantage of their offer of extended vehicle protection on my car. I don’t even own my own car. Most of the times they call, I press the #2 response that asks to have my number deleted from their registry. A few times, I have spoken with a person and told them directly to remove my name immediate and complain that they have called me repeatedly even after my name is supposedly removed. Every single time, the person on the other end of the phone hands up on me. Each time they call me it is from a different telephone number and in a different state.

I get calls weekly from National Dealer Specialists saying my auto warranty has expired. Press 2 to be added to "no call list” press 1 to speak to a specialist. I’ve pressed 2 several times, but they keep calling, so now I press 1. They introduce themselves, today it was Ella, and ask the year, make and model of my vehicle. Today I asked why they keep calling when I’ve asked not be called and she just laughed, said thank you and hung up. In the past I’ve given bogus information and they hang up. I told a person a couple of times ago that I was going to report them, and they hung up. It’s a different number every time, but today it was, (575) 231-3200. I called back and spoke to someone and asked that I be taken off of their list. He said he would, but we’ll see…

They tell you they are selling you an extended warranty for your car. They just want your credit card number. Do not give these people any info.

The initial recording speaks with (what sounds to me) like a regular American accent. They give you the option to opt out, but they still keep calling.

When I have talked to a person, they have a foreign accent. I’m not an expert on accents/dialects, but if I had to guess, I would say Middle-Eastern. Unlike other scam calls I get which usually have an Indian or Pakistani accent.

I received a call from a phone call from a number within my state. These people call 5+ times a day from all sort of phone numbers in my state. After repeatedly asking to be put on the Do Not Call list I still get these calls. When I asked what the company name was the man gave me the name of a real company out of Tennessee. I asked if I had signed up for this personally and he replied yes. I then asked if there was a website I could visit and was immediately hung up on. I then called back the spam phone number. It was the number to an elementary school a few towns over. I googled the company name and called them. The woman from the real company explained that she receives calls asking about this scam often.

I have received several calls from this company trying to sell me an extended warranty for my car. I have tried to get put on their do-not-call list (pressing "2" according to their recording) but still get calls from them. The above phone number comes from my caller ID. However, agent (I did not note her name) had an Indian accent and advised that the company was located in Clearwater, FL. Neither of these things jibe with a 407 area code.

The caller’s name was Scott Ingraham (sp?). He attempted to sell an extended warranty over the phone for over three hundred dollars per month. When asked to give the address of his company, he stated that it’s listed on ScamPulse.com’s internet site (which is not true). After my repeated attempts to get the address, he ended the call.

A robocall from the number (724) 626-9850 offered my "last" opportunity for an extended car warranty. My number is on the Federal Do Not Call list, and I have never done business with National Dealer Services. When I asked the person for company contact information, he hung up. The number does not receive incoming calls. None of our vehicles would be eligible for an extended warranty because they are too old.

This is a repeating robo-caller with a Hawaii Area Code, my girl friend gets similar calls from different 808 numbers. As I watched a news story about a man suing companies like this I accepted the call and started asking questions. The woman said their name was National Dealer Services and they are wanting to see if I want to extend my warranty when I actually have an old 2003 car with NO warranty. But when i asked where their company was located she immediately hung up. I called the number again and amazingly another woman answered the call named *** I asked her if i was calling National Dealer Services. She replied no this is the Kapiolani Medical Center’s Maternity supervisor. I informed her of the call and re-verified with her the phone # of 808-983-8405. She thanked me a lot for informing her of this call and said she would report it to the hospital security as well as probably the Honolulu Police Dept. I am originally from Hawai’i now retired in Georgia so this really concerns me that a scammer robo-caller has somehow piggy backed a legitimate hospital’s phone number. How will this affect a medical center’s operation etc. I can only assume the phone #808-758-8361? that my girl friend received a call from is another legitimate business’ phone being piggybacked. I will be calling that 2nd number today out of curiosity to find out.
